Tuesday         4- 5.30pm   Yin Yoga
Wednesday  9- 10.30am  Gentle Yoga
Thursday       7- 8.30am   Sunrise Flow
                        11- 12.30pm   Restorative Yoga
Friday             7- 8.30am    Sunrise Flow

Classes are open to all levels with variations given to allow students to go deeper if it feels right in their body.
